Connor Dawson is a Managing Director at Growth Catalyst Partners. He has over fifteen years of experience in the financial investment and services industry having started his private equity career at Wind Point Partners, where he worked with Jim TenBroek. He began his career in the investment banking division of UBS. Immediately prior to joining GCP, Connor co-founded Rhabit, an online sports coaching and media platform, where he led the operational, financial, technological and human resource functions.
