The GCP team has significant direct investing and M&A experience in the marketing, information and business services sectors. Over the past two decades, the firm’s Partners have invested in over 25 platforms and 100 add-on acquisitions and have managed over 200 successful transactions. Mr. Peters and Mr. TenBroek have worked together on multiple transactions and investments over 18 years. GCP is headquartered in Chicago, IL with an East Coast office in Rowayton, CT. In addition, James O’Callaghan, Connor Dawson, James Nally and Patrick Duffy worked with Mr. Peters and Mr. TenBroek respectively at JEGI and Wind Point Partners and have well established successful working relationships.
